Clubhouse Rentals

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT:
$500.00 to rent the facility
$500.00 Security Deposit
Must be paid by certified check or money order
Only residents are allowed to rent the clubhouse
The afternoon hours are 12:00 to 5:00pm
The evening hours are 7:00 to 12:00am
If you wish to access earlier the cost will be an additional $65.00 per hour
Wine and Beer are permitted. The use of liquor will not be allowed
