North Isle Village, Inc. is a 769 unit cooperative community located in Coram, NY, a hamlet of Suffolk County Long Island.  Conveniently located close to Port Jefferson, North Isle Village is located along Long Island's beautiful North Shore coastline, with access to the sprawling east end communities and New York City.
 
We offer brand new amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool for adults and one for children, an indoor swimming pool, laundry rooms throughout the community, and a clubhouse where community activities are held.  Our brand new fitness room offers residents the use of cardio equipment and weight-bearing machines.
