North Isle Village, Inc. is a 769 unit cooperative community located in Coram, NY, a hamlet of Suffolk County Long Island. Conveniently located close to Port Jefferson, North Isle Village is located along Long Island's beautiful North Shore coastline, with access to the sprawling east end communities and New York City.
We offer brand new amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool for adults and one for children, an indoor swimming pool, laundry rooms throughout the community, and a clubhouse where community activities are held. Our fitness room offers residents the use of cardio equipment and weight-bearing machines.Residents are invited to communicate and interact on our new website, and view meeting reports, access documents and forms, along with receiving other relevant community information. Your request will be assigned a ticket number and the property manager will be notified of your request. You can view your personal work orders and update staff by adding a note to the ticket.

Key Fobs
Please Dont Forget To Pickup Your Key Fob
To obtain a key fob, please stop in the office between the hours of
8:30am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday with proof of residence.
There will be one key fob per unit
As a reminder the clubhouse is under 24 hour surveillance and access is for residents only
